THE FOUNDER

Gloria Garcia Faulkner founded Estrella Medical in 2017.  She started Estrella Medical because the growing medical supply  industry has a low representation of veteran - women owned businesses. She has experience in implementation of  ERP systems for a medical products company that includes integration with manufacturing and inventory.

With 12 years experience as a business analyst and project manager, Gloria attributes her success in business to listening to customers needs. She uses her  strong analytical , problem solving and communication skills to partner with customers who are seeking quality medical products to improve patients lives.

Gloria is passionate about giving back to the local community. She is currently President of Club de Mujeres Latinas a non-profit organization, a board member of YWCA Utah and a member of Westminster College Alumni Board. She enjoys spending time with her family, any fitness activity and traveling with her husband.

"As board member of YWCA Utah, Estrella Medical hosted a table for the annual Leadership Luncheon where Soledad O'Brien gave a moving speech on what storytelling and empathy look like in today's media."
